Strategy is decided in Canada. Operations happen on the ground.
The Canadian head office carries strategy, standards and intellectual property. You contract with an Ontario company.
The regional subsidiaries carry operations, logistics and local partnerships — with teams already present on site.
Mobility, payment, mapping and data are built to work together. You are not assembling four vendors.
Every capability we state points back to the solution that delivers it. Nothing abstract: you trace a line on this site down to the actual tool.
Portfolio
Take one for a specific need, or put them to work together. Each has its own portal. Pick a sector to see the building blocks it involves.
Mobility — ride-hailing, delivery, rental, freight
Ride-hailing, delivery, vehicle rental and urban freight in a single platform.
Mapping and territorial intelligence
Geolocation, territorial sectorisation, demand catchment analysis and infrastructure mapping.
Digital commerce
Catalogue, order intake, digital collection and visibility on the ecosystem portal.
Electronic payment and traceability
Mobile money and bank cards, commission collection, partner payouts and traceability.
Connectivity, Internet and broadcasting
Residential and business Internet access, private networks in remote areas, broadcast TV.
Earth observation and spatial data
Satellite imagery, environmental and agricultural monitoring, critical infrastructure surveillance.
Data, dashboards and decision support
Consolidation of flows into dashboards a management team, a board or a regulator can read.
Consulting, integration and operation
Eighteen areas of activity, from scoping to operation, carried by the hub covering your region.
Use cases
Six situations we are often asked about, and the portfolio building blocks that answer them. Each scenario links through to the matching sector.
The situation
A fleet, independent drivers and demand that shifts through the day. Taking the booking, assigning the right vehicle, pricing it and then collecting: each step is usually sold by a different provider, under a different contract.
What we put in place
Booking, real-time geolocation, dispatching, pricing and the driver wallet sit in the same platform. Activity zones are mapped, commissions are collected and paid out in one place — and the business reads without a manual export.
The situation
The catalogue lives in a notebook, orders arrive by chat, delivery is negotiated case by case and payment is in cash. Nothing is wrong with that — but nothing is traceable, and the customer base stops at the neighbourhood.
What we put in place
The catalogue is published and visible on the ecosystem portal, orders land in one place, delivery runs through the UPJUNOO PRO application and collection through UPPAY — mobile money or bank card, with sales tracking and commercial reporting.
The situation
Carving out zones, measuring where demand concentrates, locating existing service points: the material exists, but scattered across departments, formats and vintages.
What we put in place
Territorial data is mapped, demand catchments analysed, indicators consolidated into dashboards you can put in front of a board. The professional services teams carry dematerialisation, the one-stop shop and change management.
The situation
Monitoring rests on field surveys spaced months apart. By the time the anomaly is noticed — a water deficit, a plot falling behind, advancing erosion — the season is under way and the decision has become urgent.
What we put in place
Satellite imagery gives regular observation of the plot, the resource or the natural hazard. UPData turns it into dated indicators and visuals you can put to a supervisory body, a funder or a board.
The situation
Rounds are decided in the morning, from memory. Delivery points are not geocoded, urban freight is subcontracted ad hoc, and the real cost of a delivery is only known at month-end close.
What we put in place
Service points are mapped and routes optimised; urban freight is booked and tracked in the same platform as delivery; flow analysis and operational dashboards come back as it happens, not at month-end.
The situation
None of the above works without a link: a business platform, a payment terminal or a sensor all assume a connection that holds — including fifty kilometres from the last point of presence.
What we put in place
Business Internet access, enterprise connectivity and Wi-Fi, a private network in a remote area, installation, maintenance and supervision. Integration with what you already run is carried by the professional services teams.
These six scenarios illustrate combinations of the portfolio — they are not client references. We publish a reference, a deployment or a figure only with the agreement of the partner concerned and a verifiable source. Ask, and we open the file in a meeting.
Our territories
UPJUNOO PRO Côte d’Ivoire covers West and Central Africa from Abidjan. UPJUNOO PRO Kenya covers East and Southern Africa from Nairobi. They carry operations, logistics and local partnerships — not one application, the whole ecosystem.

You will not have to sort promise from reality: we publish only what we can actually do.
You sign with the Canadian company, whatever country the project runs in. One invoice, one line of responsibility.
Our subsidiaries know the partners, the operators and the constraints of their territory. You are not funding a market entry.
No client reference and no activity figure we could not walk you through in a meeting. Ask, and we open the file.
Partnerships
Institution, fund, integrator, franchise or public administration: describe your need to the international head office, which routes it to the relevant entity.
