Purpose of the site
upjunoo.ca is a corporate information site. It presents the company, its regional subsidiaries and its portfolio of solutions. It constitutes neither a commercial offer, nor an offer of securities, nor a contractual commitment.
Scope of deployment statuses
Each solution carries a status — available, pilot, on request or coming soon — settled by the operations department. That status describes a state at a given date; it is not a commitment to make the solution available on any particular territory. A country of representation is not an active market.
Accuracy of information
The information published on this site is backed by dated internal sources and a named owner. It is reviewed periodically. Information whose source can no longer be established is withdrawn rather than kept.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada. The regional subsidiary sites and the solution portals carry their own terms, adapted to the entity and territory concerned.
